On January 25, 2024, Premier Higgs address the province in a speech about – well – about how well the province is doing and everything that it is doing to make things better and more affordable for the population of this province which has the second highest population with a disability, surpassed only by Nova Scotia. So what is Premier Higgs doing for that 35.3% of the province? Surely he must have mentioned persons with disabilities several times, following those new stats from Statistic Canada! Right? Wrong.
