URGENT! This should be important to everyone, but especially to those with disabilities and who are trying to survive on a low income! In October 2025, New Brunswick Power filed its 2026-2027 general rate application. The application and supporting evidence may be viewed on the Board’s website at www.nbeub.ca under Matter EL-003-2025.
Parties who would like to provide comments in writing may do so by regular mail or by
email to lettersofcomment@nbeub.ca. Written comments must be received by the Board by Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Please note that written comments will be shared with all participants and will be posted on the Board’s website.
The public hearing to review NB Power’s application will begin on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Fredericton Convention Centre, 670 Queen St. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings.
